About
My life has been guided by many curiosities and passions. At the heart of them is a deep fascination with the relationship between the human experience and the greater rhythms of the cosmos. Along the way, I have found myself drawn to Astrology, emotional and intuitive development, a deeper connection with nature and an ever-evolving relationship with myself as a Soul.
I view life as a continuous dialogue between the inner and outer worlds. Astrology has become one of the most meaningful frameworks through which I explore that relationship. Rather than seeing Astrology as a system of prediction, I experience it as a symbolic language- one that illuminates patterns, cycles, opportunities for growth, and the deeper currents moving beneath our everyday lives. It invites us into a greater self awareness and encourages us to participate consciously in our own unfolding.
Like many people, my journey has not always been straightforward. over the last 20+ years, I have devoted myself to understanding what self love truly means in a practical, embodied sense. Beyond the common expressions of self care. I became interested in the subtle ways we limit, criticize and disconnect from ourselves. This exploration led me into a deeper understanding of compassion, humility, respect, desire, and self honour- not only for myself but for others as well.
Along the way, I learned that growth is rarely linear. Much like the cycles reflected in Astrology- life moves through seasons of expansion and contraction, clarity and uncertainty, emergence and retreat. Each phase carries its own wisdom, and each experience offers an invitation to know ourselves more deeply.
This website is born from that ongoing exploration.
I have always loved the Sky and the Earth, the above and the below, the visible and the invisible threads that weave through our lives. Over time, I became increasingly captivated by Astrology and the ways its symbolism seemed to mirror themes unfolding within my own experience. I began writing about these observations, particularly through the lens of lunar cycles and the practical ways they appeared in my daily life.
What surprised me most was not my growing love of Astrology, but my growing love of writing.
Writing became more than a creative practice, it became a way of making meaning from experiences. it is where observation becomes understanding and where feeling finds language. Through writing, I explore the relationship between the emotional, symbolic and the cyclical dimensions of life. While Astrology often provides the framework, writing is where those reflections take shape. I do not write because I have all the answers. I write because I am curious. I write because I am continually learning. Through sharing these reflections, my hope is to create space for deeper inquiry, self awareness, and a more compassionate relationship with ourselves and the journeys we are living.
What began as private reflections eventually found its way into conversations with friends who wanted to read more. Today, I choose to meet vulnerability with courage and share these writings more openly.
Within these pages you will find reflections on Astrology, personal growth, emotional awareness, cyclical living and the ongoing process of becoming. My intention is not to offer certainty, but to share perspectives, observations and questions that may support your own exploration of life, meaning and self understanding. Whether you are here to read, reflect or explore the possibility together, my hope is that you find a space that encourages curiosity, self understanding and a deeper connection to your own experience.
This space is still unfolding, one step at a time. Like all meaningful things, it is growing through stages, guided by curiosity, experience, and a willingness to remain a student of life.
Thank you for being here. I am grateful our paths have crossed and I look forward to connecting with those who feel called to continue the conversation.
With warmth,
Stephany
