Meditation: What is one thing I can do everyday until the Full Moon to evoke the feeling of Relational in me?
Additional Meditation: What is the one thing I can do everyday until the Full Moon to help me feel and heal the feeling of Lacking Relational within me?
One of the keywords for the Libra archetype is Relational. The goal here is to plant fresh New Moon seeds of this feeling, while considering and healing old wounds that may block us from fully feeling Relational within ourselves and in the world around us.

The larger picture and cycle of Moon and Sun:
If we consider the larger scope of the cycles of the Moon phases around the Sun, we will find great support and can gather evidence of our healing path through reflecting on our journals and notes along the way. Full Moon phases are the midpoint of the cycle.
The Libra Full Moon on April 1, 2026, is the mid point of the cycle, linked here.
The Libra New Moon on October 21, 2025, was the initiation of the pervious cycle, linked here.
Grandmother Moon, please share an aspect of my soul that is coming to light for awareness and healing.
The feeling of so much to do before ____ is one aspect of this energy.
So much to do before the first snow fall- the garden clean up, the harvesting, the putting of the patio furniture.
So much to do before I unplug for the Canadian thanksgiving long weekend.
So much to do before work resumes on Tuesday.
The examples we have for this feeling are endless.
This in itself is a pressure cooker that keeps us far from feeling balanced in the scales of Libra.
Keeping us from the harmony and rhythm from which we long to live our lives from.
It is not like we do not know these things are coming. We can see the weather updates, we know what holiday weekends are coming, and we know when our work week starts back up. The pressure that there is so much to do comes from somewhere else in each of us that has nothing to do with the calendar or work schedule.
It leans into the wondering area of feeling enough.
The feeling of “you are already doing enough”
The feeling of “you already bring enough value and effort in this world”
The reality that we are not living with support systems and community that existed 40-50 years ago.
The reality that humans are built for a way of living that is in contrast to what most of us experience right now.
So that pressure cooker of tasks needing to be done is very real. The tasks themselves do not simply disappear.
That longing of wanting to unplug for a weekend and show up back to work on Tuesday without it being a disaster is also very real.
How to achieve all of this in a balanced and harmonious way? That is the golden nugget.
And it is done in ancient sage advice: One step at a time, one task at a time.
That is the gentleness and softening that happens within your mind, heart and body when we accept- you can literally only do what you can do. Exhausting yourself for it, depleting yourself for it- now feels to me akin to acts of self harm. A strong phrase- I agree. When I reflect on the past I used to tell myself that I did not want “it” bad enough. That I was not willing to kill myself for it. So I very much did in every preverbal sense of the phrase kill myself for it, which in that case is in fact an act of self harm. This of course cost me dearly. The scales of my life where tipped far too one way, so unbalanced, so dysregulated, unharmonious, lacking that sense of fulfillment that comes from within. It all felt empty.
So here I am today, rebuilding from scratch. The only things I know are what not to do. That can be extremely frustrating when you know what failed and not really knowing what works. What keeps me going is the deep Saturn faith in my that there has to be a better way to live, a better way to do the things that need doing. Building a life of balance. One of Harmony. One of rhythm that flows with love and nature.
This feels like an odd place to end this transmission. And it also feels very appropriate to do so because Winter is moving in here in the Northern hemisphere- which signals to me that the seeds of all of these feelings and ideas need the winter’s rest and hibernation to sort themselves out, to plan for new actions needing to be taken and to soften more towards gentleness for a past way of living that is no loner working.
Thank you, I love you.
